ANIMEBOSTON 09 IS OVER!! All in all it went pretty damn well. Little craziness, little drama...but not to an unbearable degree.

I also brought Hajime Terazuma and C.C. but didn't wear them because 1) By the time the Yami no Matsuei gathering was happening I was DEAD tired and my feet were KILLING me. And 2) there were WAY too many C.C.'s at the con and it just..turned me off to cosplaying her. And only a select few of them were actually worthy of praise. <_< GOD there was just a LOAD of fail at this con, I don't even wanna get STARTED. But enough about that. I met my longtime friend for the first time at AB! Wasn't bad for a first meeting but it coulda gone better. I'm glad I finally got a chance to meet her tho. We got some great cosplay pics together and it was good times. ^^ My boyfriend, me and our group of friends WERE going to march in the Tewksbury, MA Memorial Day parade again this year, but that didn't work out for two main reasons. 1) My boyfriend and I didn't leave Boston until monday (Memorial Day) and there was NO WAY we were gonna get there in time to be in it, and 2) the AAC staff decided to cancel our appearance at the parade at the last minute. There goes that idea. FAIL. Oh well. The way things went monday there was NO WAY I'd be in the mood to be in the parade anyway so I guess that worked out for the best. To make matters worse that day, while heading back to take the commuter rail T at South Station to head back to NH, I left my purse on one of the trains. That was REALLY fun. Needless to say I FREAKED THE FUCK OUT because EVERYTHING important was in it. Lucky for me, the T we were on was put out of service after we got off so nobody was able to steal it. We spent ALL day trying to get it back but we finally did, and everything was in it. I was HAPPY. We FINALLY got ourselves on the commuter rail and headed back to NH later that day. Every day after that went pretty well. Spending time at the COTU house was a blast for me and being with my friends was really nice. I finally headed back to CT on the 30th..which was just OKAY. I really HATE dealing with buses and I really don't plan on doing it again when I travel to another con unless I REALLY need to. Anyway...that's pretty much everything important that happened over the past couple of weeks! I'm SUPER STOKED for Otakon and ConnectiCon in July/August and I'm REALLY looking forward to bringing my new cosplays! Among many others C.C. will be present at these cons, as well as season 2 Allelujah Haptism and Pharaoh Atem! Keep watching for pics! =3
